The Fish Shop & Deli
"We cooked up the two salmon filets we purchased yesterday afternoon, as soon as we got home. I pan-fried it in butter and finished it with some fresh chopped dill. It was very delicious. I found the texture to be lighter and creamier than the Atlantic we are used to eating in Canada. Also the flavour was a little lighter. Overall, I would recommend your product at the drop of a hat, at the highest level.
