High Country Salmon 160g portions with skin on and pinbones removed, vacuum packed for trouble free storage in your fridge or freezer. Actual weight will be within 20g of size ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery only available to certain addresses. Please choose an available delivery date in your cart.

Fabulous Salmon

Amazing salmon that isn't too fatty/oily and perfect consistency. Would love to be available in 180g and 200g fillets for a slightly larger serve but otherwise can't complain

Last delivery

Ordered 12 PB fillets. There were 10 well under weight and 2 slightly over.
Not a good average to way of thinking

Thank you for letting us know there was a problem with your order. We've looked into what was dispatched and there were 8 portions that were slightly under 160g, with the smallest one being 152g. There were 4 portions over 160g, with the largest being 174g. We do everything by hand, which is why there is a slight variation in weights. 12 portions at 160g weighs 1.92kg and the total weight dispatched was 1.926g so you didn't receive less than you ordered.

We are more than happy to right any wrongs that we've done. Since you did receive the amount of salmon you ordered, we'd appreciate it if you'd consider reviewing your 1-star rating.

We have been purchasing these portions for a few years now and that's because thd salmon is such high quality and the best we've had.
It has become more of a treat than it was due to the price and cost of postage/courier.
The service is amazing and delivery is always as requested.
