The price is for a two-pack of heads with collars/wings. Great for soups and stocks.

NOTE: There is a limit of three packs of heads per customer. If you add four or more packs to your cart, you will only be supplied with three and we will refund the cost of the extras.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Deliveries are available to all addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery is only available to certain addresses. Please choose an available delivery date in your cart.

Freight is now by weight. Allow a weight of 700g for this product (each 2-pack). Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Your salmon is delicious but I bought some heads .They are tiny and difficult to cook . Normal cooking is to grill them but without flesh it’s not good . Sell them with a bit of flesh .( Then get 5 stars ⭐️) People are willing to pay more I m sure! Thanks for great salmon though !

Thanks for your review James. What you are describing is the head and the collar (wings). We remove the collars/wings and sell them as a separate products. The heads are best for flavouring stocks and soups, whereas the wings are better for the grill. The very low price of the heads reflects that it is just the head. The product photo shows that there are no collars/wings attached.
