High Country Salmon fillets are fresh harvested and individually vacuum packed for trouble-free storage in your fridge or freezer. They are skin-on, bone-in fillets. Actual weight will be within 100g of size ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Great salmon

We have been buying only the High-Country salmon over a number of years now. It is really delicious and always delivered very fresh and on time. It will be a pity though if we have to give up purchasing it because of growing cost of shipping.
