High Country salmon that has been cured then smoked with oak wood at a low temperature, resulting in a smooth, velvety texture similar to raw salmon.  Oak smoke has a mild smoke flavour.  Actual weight will be within 50g of size ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery.  Freight is now charged by weight.  Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

Hi I am trying to do a mail order, you appear to limit the amount of cold smoked salmon to two portions.
I would like to buy at least four as I have a social event coming up.

Smoked Salmon Perfection

During the first lockdown we were looking for gourmet treats to have at home.
We've bought several hundred dollars of salmon from High Country. The product is so good and they offer such superb support. Overnight delivery, perfect presentation and amazing to eat. Why go out for a meal in these Covid times when you can create some delightful simple dishes at home using cold smoked salmon.
Try a rosti with cold smoked salmon on top with cream cheese and chives.
Or put it into a simple pasta dish and drool.
Mind you, a good French baguette with cream cheese and capers makes lunch a taste treat.
