Jing's Salmon Pizza
Ingredients:
300g standard white flour
3g dry yeast
1 t sugar
1g salt
½ onion, chopped
2 spring onions, sliced
1 capsicum, chopped into small pieces
3 t oil
1 t garlic salt
½ t green herb stock
½ t chicken stock
Black pepper
150g salmon pieces, cut into 1cm chunks
½ t chilli flakes
3 T tomato relish
1 ½ C grated cheese
Method:
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar and salt together in a bowl. Add enough warm water to make a soft dough. Cover the bowl and place in a warm place to rise for 1 hour.
- Mix the vegetables in a bowl with 1 t of the oil, half of the garlic salt, the stock powders and some black pepper. In another bowl mix the salmon with 1 t of the oil, the other half of the garlic salt, chilli flakes and some black pepper.
- Once the dough has risen, give it a quick knead and then roll and shape to your desired thickness. Brush the base with the remaining oil then spread the tomato relish over the top. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the pizza then top with the vegetables and the salmon.
- Bake at 180⁰C for 15 minutes, then add the remaining cheese and cook until golden.
