Was thinking of sending back some feedback after or last order but this survey came first.
As you will know we have been purchasing salmon pieces 4kg for some time and have been very happy up to now.
This time the pieces were far from being of a reasonably standard size and they in some cases had a lot of fat which is not generally the case. We made a visit to your facility over the Christmas break, we gave our grandson a chance to catch a salmon etc, he enjoyed the experience very much. After which we went to your cafe and ordered afternoon tea but it was not a experience to remember, we ordered some chips and a ice chocolate, before ordering I made sure that the ice chocolate was made with ice cream and was clearly told yes it was. Soon after a waiter came to our table to say that they were not able to supply the chips as they were preparing for a event that night, this clearly was not communicated to the staff who took our order, two young boys without their chips, not good. But additional to this was the ice chocolate was made with ice only, when asked the waiter her reply was we never use ice cream in our ice chocolates.
