High Country Salmon fillets are fresh harvested and individually vacuum packed for trouble-free storage in your fridge or freezer.  They are skin-on, bone-in fillets.  Actual weight will be within 100g of size ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery.  Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday.  Saturday delivery is only available to certain addresses.  Please choose an available delivery date in your cart.

Fresh salmon on tap

The salmon we order from High Country Salmon is shipped to us in Auckland in the space of 24 hours. It is sent chilled and is really fresh so we cut up into meal size packs and freeze them so we always have fresh salmon on tap.
