High Country whole salmon, freshly gilled and gutted. Actual weight will be within 200g of size ordered. Small fish 2 packs weigh between 1.3kg and 1.6kg.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Freight is now charged by weight. Please see our Shipping Rates page for more information.

The tastiest most fattiest most delicious salmon I’ve had. My family and I order this regularly from Wellington and always arrives sashimi fresh on time every time. Always feels great feeding our 3 young boys such fresh nutrient dense sashimi where we know there is top consistency in quality/source/harvest date.
